- 1 / 5By rob kayWe ordered from Graces for Thanksgiving. Never used them before. We never ordered from them before. We ordered two trays of side dishes. One was brussel sprouts with tomatoes and the other was mushrooms. The Brussel Sprouts were inedible. We had 20 people for Thanksgiving and no one could eat the Brussel Sprouts. We threw the entire tray in the garbage. A call was made to Graces catering department and they basically did not care stating, that Brussel Sprouts were bitter, implying I had never eaten a brussel sprout before, that it was made fresh, etc. etc. All excuses. No customer service, No apology. My family will never order from them again. Think twice about ordering there.March 18, 2017
